Refund policy

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@overlandnexplore.com.

Apparel - All refunds & returns take place within the first 14 days from delivery (damaged, worn or washed  clothes cannot be returned/refunded). Damages caused by the shipping courier don't fall into our responsibility and refund policy. The shipping courier will be contacted by us (after the customer claim) and a refund will be claimed by the shipping courier. 

Overland Gear - For a refund to take place on an overland equipment product (tents, racks, storage solutions etc), the customer should communicate about the product's defect within the first 14 days of the delivery of the product to the customer. Damages caused by the shipping courier don't fall into our responsibility and refund policy. The shipping courier will be contacted by us (after the customer claim) and a refund will be claimed by the shipping courier.

Faulty - Defect Items - Faulty Items fall into our 2-year warranty. (A claim case must be opened and reviewed and approved by Feldon Shelter New Zealand)

The purchase receipt is essential to carry out a return/refund and/or warranty case
